"Wow! So impressed with everyone in this office! Thank you for taking time to explain each of my different types of insurance. I had no idea how many different things went into insurance. Big shout out to Laura! She stayed on the phone a long time with me and helped me set up the app! She even remembered my daughter’s name and that she was going to dance camp this summer! Talk about feeling seen and loved!"

"I had surgery over a month ago before surgery I called and emailed Statefarm to see what I can do with my Health benefits... I was 1st send the incorrect paperwork, this info wasn't told to me till the day before surgery.. I had little to no time to resubmit paperwork I had to wait till 5 days after surgery to submit the correct forms there was a suggestion to submit and itemized receipt but I was told it wasn't mandatory if I didn't have one 14 days past refiling my claim I was asked for an itemized receipt as if it was required now I have contacted billing and signed paperwork allowing statefarm to retrieve what is needed It has now been past 30 days no benefits have been rendered and now there is little to no reply from Statefarm I will be dropping my extra policies given they are not worth the headache to file and have left me in a bad financial situation were I may lose my home or worse June 27 Currently still nothing has come in for my claim benefit. As a customer I have been tossed around the office to people that don't know the whole situation. Creating the perception that I am just an unhappy customer. Lauren customer service is very Incompetent. Mitchell is the main person of the office.I haven't heard a single word from him on this situation. Outside of the automated responses that are given on Google."Sorry for your difficulties." The current agent that is now emailing me on Mitchell's offices behalf, has made it clear everything is my fault. And this agent was clearly kept on the dark about everything actually going on. I have done all the run around , before & after surgery. But, the incorrect info from Laura is on me. I was told I had missed calls. After I sent dates and times of when I can be reach , as statefarm requested to go over why I was dropping majority of my policies. But that's my fault thier office didn't confirm one of the dates I sent , and times, to maybe communicate better. I'm also told the claim I filed for will only pay 250$ for surgery my surgery was 37,000$ so.. ya 250$ sounds fair right? for having to remove a cancerous cells, very painfull healing process. Statefarm is not a "good neighbor" and I am not in "good hands" I hold no value as a human in this life or the next that's Statefarms Stand Update 7/10/2025 I am being told I'm being transfered or dropped by the Michell Smith location due to the "situation" with how my claim has not been handled There is no agent at the Michell Smith location that is willing to own up to thier part of how everything played out I did all the requested running around before and after surgery only to be told again and again whatever I faxed was wrong or they needed more after having agents double check before submitting my information that I had everything needed and still no pay out on my health claim I was dumped onto another agent in the office that doesn't know what's going on or he knows how to treat me like I'm stupid I have been robbed of money from statefarm for policy's that don't pay or apply the coverage they say I am paying for I have been told threats have been received.. I had no clue that a customer saying hey I didn't get the right info and explaining I was told my insurance policies and claims were being taken care of when they aren't are threats ? Wow way to show accountability and growth as a company... The agents that "worked" with me are immoral and thieves Thier #1 priorty is the big commission check #2 when a customer files a claim treat them like they are Incompetent and trash claim false accusations and drop them In response to your last comment.No not every time has communications been open.. I sent a list of date and times as requested from your office to go over.My coverage is that I was dropping Because As a customer I don't believe in paying for services that will not be rendered No confirmation was ever given if those dates and times would work for anyone in your office to discuss with me The policies that they were so concerned about me dropping"

We only offer coverage that can help supplement your health insurance and assist with your deductible. We do our best to assist each of our customers and actively look for ways to get claims pushed across the finish line. However, when we have someone accusing us of things that just aren’t true, that’s not something we can tolerate. We wish you the best of luck in finding a new agency to work with! "
