"Shout out to Stacey Linn for taking the time to help me make a very tough decision. She is a true professional in every respect. She is very knowledgeable, demonstrated care, concern, and patience throughout our conversations. I have been with USAA Insurance for 55 years for auto and home policies. The last few years my policies have increase every six months. When I inquired about the increases, the response was a simple "you live in Georgia and we can raise your rates". I just bought a new SUV, notified USAA and got a $400 increase. I shopped around on the internet. Stacey emailed me and followed up with a phone call, provided written quotes for various options. Bottom line: I got better coverage and saved $250 on Homeowners and $1,500 on Auto Policies. This was significant saving. I contacted USAA, informed them was I was considering and point blank asked them to match the State Farm quote. All I got was "We don't do that". As of today, I am a State Farm policyholder. Give Stacey a call if you looking for insurance. She was an absolute joy to work with and look forward to quality customer service in the future."
